Chief Haley

Chief Haley started his career as a part time officer in 1988 with the Carlinville Police Department. Haley obtained an associates degree in Criminal Justice with Honors in 1992 from LCCC. He was hired full time in June of 1992 and served as a patrolman until 2000 when he was promoted to Lieutenant in charge of Operations. On March 15th of 2004 Haley was appointed acting Chief of Police. Then in May of 2004 he was appointed Chief of Police where he continues to serve.

Sergeant Graham
Sergeant Graham was hired as a full time patrolman in April of 2004. Graham worked as a school resource officer for the 2005 school year. Graham was promoted to Sergeant December of 2011.

Sergeant Hoff
Sergeant Hoff was hired as a part time officer in April 2008 and later being hired as a full time patrolman in March of 2009. Hoff was promoted to Sergeant in December of 2011.

Police Clerk Julie Griffith

Julie was hired as the full time police clerk in February 2010 and is responsible for all court documents, case preparation and file management.
